Kaleidoscope Park Expansion + Terraces Hall Park

Public Private Partnership Vision

What makes HALL Park different is a development philosophy that treats public open space not as a concession but as a catalyst. HALL Group and the City of Frisco along with the Kaleidoscope Park Foundation and the City of Frisco have built a model where private investment and public space genuinely reinforce each other. Kaleidoscope Park isn't an amenity for the buildings around it. It's the anchor of the entire district and accessible to all. And The Terraces, with private outdoor terraces on every suite and a seventh-floor amenity terrace overlooking the park, is designed to leverage that anchor at every level.

A Park Unlike Any Other

Since its grand opening in October 2024, Kaleidoscope Park has become one of North Texas's premier public gathering spaces — a place where art, recreation, and community programming come together in the heart of HALL Park. Garrison/Jones Landscape Architects is now leading the landscape architecture for a $14 million expansion that will add approximately 1.4 acres of new park space to this already thriving destination. New features include an enhanced performance lawn, a water feature, a large outdoor video screen, and a performance stage, all designed to support expanded year-round programming that remains free and open to all. The landscape design extends the character and energy of the existing park while increasing its capacity to host large-scale events, festivals, and everyday community use.
