Terra is the newest vertical mixed-use project located at the Domain Northside in Austin, TX. The project consists of boutique office and retail / restaurants at the ground floor. The beautifully designed public realm consists of intimate lounge spaces that will activate the street edge, exterior dining patios that will anchor the 5-star restaurant, and a uniquely designed breezeway that will seamlessly connect the new parking structure to the mixed-use development.
In addition to the public realm, GJLA collaborated with Hsu Office of Architecture and Boka Powell to design an amenity terrace on Level 13 that will serve as an urban oasis with mature trees, raised planters with built in seating and flexible program areas that overlook the Domain development and the City of Austin beyond.
