Two Step Farm is a vision that brings community together in a non-traditional way. A place where the Texas forest, wide-open skies, music, and heritage come together to create a lifestyle you can't find anywhere else.
Conservation of trees, sustainable strategies, communal gathering spaces, and walkability are the guiding principles of this development. As a part of the first phase, GJLA worked with a team of consultants to design amenities that include a Texas dance hall (Two Step Hall), beer garden, co-op, coffee shop, The Grazery, play area, a comprehensive trail system, and a pool amenity that is carefully curated into existing stands of trees, with serene views of water.
